Kane, glad you got your bike back, sucks they took it though. I am guessing that you didn't have actual written permission to be on the property. I am wondering what he could have done if you would have had permission. And yeah, a decent lawyer could probably get you out of the charges.

I know in VA, the cops can't do anything without the owner's permission, except in the cases of wreckless driving, dui, or anything might endanger your self or others. That last part is their genaric catch all so that they may move people that are hanging out in gas station/ pharmacy parking lots. If you get a crowd of 5 or more that constitutes a mob, which could cause a riot....therefore move yer *** punk!! Yeah, I hate Va Beach cops.....

**My personal opinion....me thinks a fellow competitor at stunt wars called the cops on Kane to get him out of the competition! When he showed the cop the magazines, that confirmed who he was and he took the bike!

 

Ok, if you can pass the drivers test on one wheel shouldnt you be able to ride on one wheel all the time? They let people who can't pass the test ride the streets with a permit.

thats bullshit......make sure if you go to court and charges are dropped, talk to the lawyer about recovering losses from them illegally impounding your bike.....then get them for the money you lost not being able to ride in those 5 shows I scheduled for you to do(wink wink), then add the tow and impound fee on top of that.........fu(k them back.........a-hole cops are gonna get whats comin to them someday, karma is a *****, can't wait til he gets busted for child **** or giving alcohol to minors(like a pig in my town did a couple weeks after busting my buddy for a DUI as a designated driver .... .0001 over the legal limit.....BULLSHIT!!!!!)

How did your case turnout? I'm facing the same thing in City of industry court for a burnout in a parking lot and my lawyer is worthless. I got arrested and booked for exhibition of speed. I'd really appreciate anytips on how you handled your situation.

i'd plead not guilty, after all, you weren't moving... so how did you exhibit any speed?

i'd read thru your states penal code and see what "exhibition of speed" actually consists of.
