and 50+ bucks for the bar?? thing better have my name in gold flake on each bar!!!

heli makes ones with risers, dunno about sportbikes though
PVM have adjustable bar down angle Woodcraft are fixed angle at 7 degrees I believe.......Thats why you can only use PVM replacement bars on PVM clipons they are machined specially at the end of the bar to fit the PVM clipon as you rotate the bar the angle changes.

good info...i'll stick with my woodcraft because the price is right and the quality is there.

300 bucks for clipons is a LOT to pay, and for how much gain?

Not much gain for you or me but if the adjustability it what you need then thats what its gonna cost......

You get what you pay for those bars require machine work where regular bars are just cut to lenght........And Im sure the machining of the clipons are also more comlicated, so the high price is justified but if its worth it or not is up to the buyer.

Woodcraft stuff is real good quality I bought their engine cover because for the money you get the best out there with the built in replacable slider and all. I also have their full rearset kit on its way, took your advice on that purchase and Im sure I'll be happy with them aswell. I would have went with the Woodcraft clipons if it wasnt for FI offereing them with no angle......But if I decide I dont like the FI's Woodcrafts are next for sure.

Re: Vortex Clip-ons???

I had the woodcraft before on both my GSXR and 636... i liked em they were much better than stock.

i recently switched to the Vortex and wow.. I really like them. in my opinion much higher quality than the woodcrafts that I had prior (keep in mind the woodcraft that i had were an older model) and the benefits of clip ons are pnenominal!! i would ride stock ever again...

Re: Vortex Clip-ons???

So I guess I just read the Woodcraft are 7 degree. I was trying to look this up cause I wanted to check out the F.I 0 degree ones. I picked up some woodcrafts for $105 shipped. I try these for awhile I guess.
