I got three wreckless driving tickets within 2 mo. The first for running,and the last 2 for wheelies I know Dumb A$$ When I got my third one the ticket says Must Appear in the $ box. I got a letter with a court date saying i am being charged with a traffic crime. . What exactly do you think I'm lookin at when i go to court for this?? And any pointers on what to do/ say in court. . .???

Iam surprised the cop didn't take you to jail for the wreckless driving........they can do that down here.

 

get a good luwer and you will only get a heavy fine. dont be upset i got 7 rec driving in 3 months only one stuck

thats cuase your an idiot, one of my freinds got a reckless for doing wheelies and he got out with 4 months of probation (til he was 18 cuase he was only 17) and his records were sealed like it never happened, and the court didnt involve the registry so he didnt get any points out of it


so yea, get a GOOD lawyer..... you are either gonna be paying the lawyer or the court/registry/insurance, its up to you

 

i got a reckless (wheelie) reduced to running a stop sign after $1250 was paid to my lawyer

 

i just lost my license for a minimum of four maximum of eight years for dte and wreckless tickets and i got arrested and beaten by the cop who pulled me over just get a lawyer and everything should be fine i had 15 of them since i got my license :YEAH

 

Lawyer they can usually get the prosecutor to drop it down i just got my last wreckless dropped to unsafe vehicle like 90 bucks including court cost

 

Well I didn't get a lawyer I jus bit the bullet went in there. Judge gave me my $472.00 fine and sent me on my way. . .was kinda wired third offense didn't cost me any points on my DL. . .

haha i dont guess that 250 goes fast enough to run does it? I just ran the other day...we were at this straight and the ****er put his lights on like a mile down the road...hahawe just smoked his punk ***. everytime i been pulled over for doin ****..cops tell me how badass it was or to just keep both wheels on the ground haha cept for a few..

My advice is don't stop! If they see your plate it doesn't matter. Hide your bike at a friends place and do not answer your door. They'll stop comming eventually and it'll blow over.

I learned this the hard way myself. I was riding a wheelie by myself crusing along. Cop rolls up beside me, so I stop. I got a $325 fine and 6 points (we have a 16 point system here) I paid a lawyer $450 to fight the charge. He ended up having it dropped after finding an error in the paperwork process of the officer that filed the charge. My *** got lucky, but I still got burned for a 1/2 weeks pay. I won't be stopping anymore, that's for sure.

 

if a chase exceeds 100mph they cant chase. haha man..take the first dirt road you see...pigs wont even think about goin down a dirt road well...i live in arkasnas so i dunno if you got the same option
