Is the program that you use to do this something that everyone can get there hands on pretty easy, or does it cost $$$?

Its paintshop pro 7.0 otherwise known as photoshop. Its pretty easy to do..........

i use photoshop v.8 , and it's not easy for everybody , i propose it for the people who dont know use this one...

nice job TouF, but when it comes to stunting pictues as wallpapers I perfer it original and clean...looks best that way...at least to me...

not too bad. my only complaint is that all you basically did was cut out the subject and blurred.

if anyone wants anything. such as a sig, avatar, wallpaper, i can do stuff too.
