Re: gpr

Mine never leaked, and i used to beat the **** out of mine on a gsxr1000 with DB bars that would slam right on bars hundreds of times...

Damn, I was thinking about getting another one soon too. I heart long endos and haven't had a damper for like a year now... Hope they get you taken care of.

Re: gpr

Do you have the new 8 clicker design with the pinless post mount? If not I would upgrade your kit. I've never had any problems with mine.

Re: gpr

Yeah the 8 clicker, is the one GPR was telling me was going to be their "Stunt Version" over a year or two ago, guess they never went through with that if they told you, their product wasn't meant for stunt riding... LOL

That's the one I had BTW...

same prob's here as well ,except when mine first broke i was on house arest, the wife picked it up fo rme i put it on the 929,turned the bars to the left and then on my way to the right the pin shearded clean off, i didnt even get to start my bike with it on there, lol we sent it out got it back a week later and now it leaks like crazy and only works good one way it loses pressure the other way,but it looks smooth as hell i'm goin to give the pinless a try cuz you can't beat the gpr look i wish i was getting paid to say that

Re: gpr

I've got the older design 6 click design, hasn't leaked on me at all, but did have the pin out of the bottom replaced when it rounded off instead of holding the arm. Have had it back for over a year and no issues yet. Next will be a pinless 8 clicker tho!!!

Re: gpr

My personal experience with GPR has been great (I also have the 8 position pinless model)

I had problems with the pin shearing on the Scotts and I also think that the GPR is far easier to operate and better designed.

I have heard recently that there is an even newer design out now that is even better than my 8 clicker!

GPR Rocks!...you just need to upgrade from that ancient piece!!!!
