I'd like to see a license to stunt... like you take a test where you prove your mastery over the bike and get an endorsement on your license card and plate that has the cops leave you alone. Then you can kill the streets as long as you're not impeding traffic. That **** would be fun! Kinda kills the gangstaness of it but you'd really have to pass a hard test that would get you respect.
