Crash Cages.com- WOW

I Ordered a cage off on Crashcages.com.. for my yzf600.. I have posted a few times trying to get the status of my order.. and trying to figure out what happened.. and why it is taking so long.. I've called thomas.. numerous times .. i've actually talked to him once.. and he has told me that he is waiting on racing 905.. I just called racing 905.. a month after my purchase of the cage to see what was going on.. and come to find out.. he never put in a order for my cage.. The first time i posted about there customer service.. He said it was ordered within two days of my payment.. lies.. he never ordered my cage.. .. I've tried calling him numerous times today.. but there is no answer and it just goes to his voicemail.. i left him a voice mail asking for a refund.. i doubt if i get my money back.. to think.. someone in the stuntlife community would do this..

I'm sure it's some sort of misunderstanding, considering Thomas just moved out there. The last thing you have to worry about is not getting your money or product. Thomas will make it right....

Oh and in case you didn't know there are PM's, instead of posting in stunt discussion like an ***.

Don't worry bout' what all these other people say!( I say post up negative dealings aswell as good ones) Business is business, and if you are selling a product or service you need to pony up. It seems to me there are alot of people trying to make it in the mail order business and thats fine but just back up your ****, and know that customer service is NUMBER 1. You people get mad cuz' a customer enquires about an order in a public forum? Seeing as they can't get a hold of you I say the public forum is a great idea, not to mention it helps warn others of poor service. If you do good things people wil ltell other people and so on, likewise if your business dealings are poor. I look forward to the day when aftermarket stunt accessories cages and such are available at local shops, that way people with good money to spend won't get the run around from all these so called industry players. Nice guy doesn't mean ****, get your business stuff in order and keep your customers happy!!!!

IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS YOUR BUSINESS HAS SET OUT TO SELL, CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND F*CK OFF!!!! It seems to me you have to be a pro in the know to actually get some product???!!!?!!!

Re: Crash Cages.com- WOW

yeah its all good.... I just refunded your money and I also found the original email where I ordered the cage on the 17th like I said and I forewarded that to you also...

"if" they didnt get the order...(which they told me that also today!)

then tell me this... what would be the point of me holding on to your money and then refunding it to you???

now are you seriously calling me a liar??

cuz if I remember correctly.. you are the one who has came on here multiple times and complained and told lies about when you ordered the cage and that you left me multiple messages and this and that when in fact i called you out on when you ordered the cage and you left me 2 messages in a whole month.. and 1 time you did not leave your number and the second time you left your number without your area code... then I talked to you and told you I didnt know what the hell was going on either and that when I heard back from them I would get with you.. well I heard back and they told me the same thing they told you... so what else would you like me to do in the way of "good customer service"

now in the past 2 years that site has been active I have sold hundreds of cages to people and sometimes people have recieved thier cages within a week.. sometimes they have taken a month... I have never ever **** on anyone and I never intend on it..

I post my personal number on the site and I recieve a lot of calls.. when I do not answer I call people back (those who leave detailed messages anyways)

now that I have moved to CA I plan on stocking cages since I can just pick a bunch up next time I drive to San Diego and save on shipping... but in the meantime The cages are drop shipped...

I dont know what else to tell you.. it should always be simple, easy and work out perfect, but sometimes it just aint like that!

Re: Crash Cages.com- WOW

people who order cages need to be patient anyway. there's so few people making them for mail order that many buyers fail to understand that it takes time to make and powdercoat/paint the cages that are ordered. It's not like the rice burner car type of business where the parts are on the shelf for every possible combination out there (as far as bikes and stunting go). Just be decent to the people that are handling the business and it will pan out in time.

Re: Crash Cages.com- WOW

mixups happen, thomas he's a busy man. he'll get back to you asap for money or the parts. in which he did. he refunded the money, and the e-mail he sent 905. 905 messed up, not thomas. he made it right with the refund. and now we can all be friends again , say sorry to thomas :D

i wish more people we as understanding as you are.

sometimes things happen that arent in your control, powder coater may say its going to be done and its not. stickers may not be ready the day they were supposed to. packages dont get picked up like the shipping company says they will. there so many variables, i just tell everyone its at least 2 weeks, just so i know i can leave a little room for some unexpexted delays.

Re: Crash Cages.com- WOW

Does 905 even make cages for the YZF600???? My boy had to build his own, and personally Ive never seen a 905 on a YZF or anyother cage for that matter.

I could be wrong, but that would def. create problems.
