You're the only person that's ignorant, I don't need you to validate my reasoning for using a subframe peg. In my opinion foot in bar is gay, but you don't see me telling you that you can't put your foot in the bar.

 

Hey just giving you a little crap nothin personal. I'm not saying that the cheater peg is gay. I just think w/ a little practice on technique your pass peg will be fine. Nice arguein' with you all day, you made my day at work go faster!!! Def not sayin take the cheater peg off.. If you like it, fuvk... rock tat s*hit. Also if you get a bar try it! I thought it was gay too til I worked out the wobbles. Eventually your foot in the cheater peg is going to get old, and it's nice to be able to rock different styles of stand-ups. :YEAH

 

I normally rock stock peg for fast stuff, I have a bar on my bike but I've never tried it. It seems to me like it's too easy to get my foot stuck in there.

Foot in the bar feels very close to the cheat peg... it's just about the same body position, but I feel like I can give the bike a little more pivot from the side w/ the peg. Makes me feel a little more in control.

I always practice w/ the stock peg for a while each session.. more comfortable scraping that way and I do all the fast **** from the stock peg also... gives a less wobbly, locked out tight feel.

But for long idle stuff and no handers... I couldn't do it w/ out the cp. Although I haven't tried a foot in the seat yet.. hmm.

I thought so too, but it's just a mind thing. If your turnin circles foot in the bar where you can get thrown there is a chance. But going strait and slo don't worry about it.

Tip: Don't put the ball of your foot in the bar.. Just the front part of your shoe. You can rest your shin on the pass. seat but the instant you clutch -up try to lock out your leg (or close to) and put all your weight on that left foot. If you leave your shin on the seat once up it WILL be wobbly. Also w/ foot in the bar you need to hit the BP right away and stay there if you don't it will also be unstable. Once you get it on lock it's REALLY stable then you can start takin hands off pretty easily. Then you can step it up another level to foot on the seat which is a little harder.. Have fun :YEAH

I didn't know I was going to start up a bunch of crap when I went back over this thread...just a lowly 6' old *** rider that's not so flexable anymore. It's uncomfortable for me to put my foot on the seat or rear peg...kinda cramped. I can't put it in the 12 bar because I made it short...no room.

So, I thought that this might be easier...but I don't wanna be gay...I wanna

 

every one needs to learn not to worry about what someone else thinks......

but know that if you are rocking foot inthe bar, or cheater peg, and want some help with a trick my answer is gonna be foot on stock peg or seat...

Those drill bits sucked though. It also doesn't help that the FI bar is so strong.
