I made a Shorty Jardine RT-1!!

JB told me it was easy to do...so I tried...here it is and it was easy!! I will put it on my F4i after I get the paint done. I took 6 inches off of it.

JB doesn't use a PC on his bikes......so I would think it isn't nessecery.
I have never used them either...some of my customers use them though....for racing.

I just cut down my stock canister and welded it back together.... came out pretty decent for my first try.

I did the stock can also, then I hacked a yosh rs3, and re-riveted the emblem on the can. looks pimp.

This was even more easy...just rivets..no welding.

Re: I made a Shorty Jardine RT-1!!

Stock can minus 6 inches...no PC, lost about 3 hp over the stock length, but I don't really miss it. Oh yeah...and high temp paint!!

The first pic is my '00 and the second is my 636...the 636 is the one that lost the hp...never dynoed the 600.

BTW, both are stock cans with about 6" taken out. Both sound good, the 600 is louder though.
