i heard from a friend that one of his very big (strong friend) can do a wheelie on the 05 in fifth gear on bounce and gas alone i dont bye it do u guys think its possible ????? i smell

i've heard of a guy wheelieing a gixxer6 in 6th gear, not too extreme gearing either.
my bud has a 929 that he can clutch up in 6th, but is also 10 up on the rear sprocket.
point is, i have no idea

 

I have seen video of a dude clutching up an R1 in 6th and riding thru death defying speeds.. Have no idea about the gsxr though.. cant imagine it would power up in 5th..

 

in 5th gear speeds, the bp wouldn't be high at all

 

BTW im talkin stock gears!!!!!!!!!!!! IMO

I got a buddy who has the 05 gsxr and can power them up in 3rd and clutch them up in what ever gear he want. were talking stock gearing !!but he also has some xtra body to throw around!

back in the day! like 01 I used to bring up my 97 SRAD 750 1 down 2 up gearing up in 6th gear with clutch...

im sure the new 05 1000 could be bounced up no problem...

I only rode one for like 10 min and that think was RE-GAWD-DAMN-DICULOUS...

I saw one at the track, guy was leaning forward and bike wanted to wheelie at the main straight, I think he was on third gear at that point. Mad bike.

Probably possible, if he stands up and there is lot of speed it will come up with bounce.

 

whoever is bouncing them up in 5th on the new 1000's has to be crazy, probably really really really fast

 

That bike is powa-full man. I wouldn't doubt it. This kid who weighs around 130 would clutch his R6 up in 3rd no problem. Its skill/power IMO.
