Sold my f3 and i have wanted an f4i but i'm having no luck findin one. I was leaning towards an f4i because it seemed closest to my bike so i'd be semi used to it. More upright riding position, and skinny, alot of the newer bikes seem really wide to me. But whos gone from an f3 to something else? Did ya find something that was close to the feel of the old skool f3 or did you have to take awhile to learn the feel of a new bike? If i'm not going to get an f4i i'm looking towards a 600rr, or 636.

I had an 01 gixxer 6 after my F2. I hated that bike, sold it and picked up an F4i and its like an F2 on roids. To be honest I was better on the F2 though. I keep thinking about picking up a nice F3 working on the fuel issues and turning it into a nice stunt machine. Something about the older CBRs make them so damn perfect. I think its the weight and low power, aka if you need all the help you can get like me, there is nothing better.

 

I just got my f4i and I love it. It feels like a toy, in a good way. with stock gears, the idle has far more ***** then my f3 with -1 +17. The throttle response is kinda weird feeling after wheelying carbed bikes forever, but I have a feeling I'll like it more once I get used to it.
