I talked to a state cop the other day that said that the DA is pressing criminal chagres on anyone caught stuntin on the street. Up to 2 years for 1 wheelie, they say criminal endangerment, even if there is noone else on the road

 

now can i have that in standard not metric.....

I think that is completely lame to try and make an example of him.

 

He killed a guy, he deserves to go to jail. Was he stunting when he hit the guy?

Two years is nothing for killing someone......I know there isn't anyone complaining on here...... I don't care if its an accident or not!! Killing someone is killing someone....take your punishment and move on. If I were him, I would be happier than hell with only 2 years.

His biggest problem would be when he gets out. Better hope one of that guys sons doesn't come around and beat him to death!!!

 

Wow thats fvcked, its sad because they are using this as an excuse to give all stunt riders, and probally all sportsbike riders, ****. This kid is very lucky hes only getting 2 years he deserves more he killed sumone innocent.

The cops are cracking down around here too. In the past three weeks they got about 10 guys and they even put a phone number on the news for civilians to call if they see anyone stunting.
