I think someone told at the fireblades.org that you can use stock chain with 15/45 (stock 16/42) only problem is that 45/15=3, so it's even devidable, thats usually not good for chain/sprocket wear. But stunting it's not good for wear so --ck it.
I probably gonna go 15/46 renthals, it's good for track/street usage too. And light. And renthal rear looks pimp

Re: 929 gearing
I'm at -1 and +3 and for freeway it's excellent, slow stuff even with idle is a little different. I also did the 520 conversion and I don't know what the chain has to do with it, but it is very sensitive, but I'm used to it sort of. It still comes up pretty quick sometimes when I'm not expecting it. I first scraped my bar fully stock and I fell a bunch of times, and still do sometimes, but I want the -10 rear or -13 if it's as good as I've read. I want to do more slow stuff, considering I have a legit spot. Sorry so long, let me know did I screw up with the 520 conversion, i.e. chain strength/horsepower ratio.............Late...........Free C. Major without a Major.

I was -1+10 for the last 2 years and loved it.. recently I went with the -2 and its nice for somethings but for the most part I want to go back to some less gearing..
Anyone got a +7 rear for sale?
