Broke my Back
My 929 came back on top of me a few days ago freak accident and I just got out of the hospital with a fractured disc. Im wearing this torso shell which straps around my back and chest which sucks--and my entire left leg is all purple and red swollen. All the meds they give me barely work--Morphine did'nt even work. Im on Hydromorphone right now which is supposed to be like a narcotic but it does'nt help much. Anybody else have an injury like this? they say it takes 6-8 weeks to heal. I just want the pain to stop. I should have been wearing a back protector but i don't know if that would have helped. And of course the weather is in the 60's-70's now that im out.

no--old one was on--it did'nt break but it was cracked really really bad. I gotta be careful next time...i hope i can ride in at least a month or 2

bad idea oxy's are extremly addictive I have had a few friends addicted to them and its real sad to see. But oxy 80's are unreal stong.

hey man back protectors do help i got the icon vest and that dam thing works i looped an endo and my 12 bar hit my lower back if i did not have that thing on id probly have the ingeries you have so if i were you i would get one when your all healed up
