i own a gixxer 1000 and i'm not that big of a fan of it. i had an F4i after the gixxer and then sold it but i didn't stunt it. i should have because i hear a lot of good things about them.

Re: F4i or Gix 750?

f4i is definetley a better stunt bike...Gixxer750 is a better all arounder. If you end up
going with a gixxer you need to do a couple things:
1. Reinforce the subframe where it bolts to the frame.

2. Stuntex oil pickup.(if you do high rev wheelies.)

3. Use grade 2 bolts to hold yer cage on so u dont break motor mounts.

now best all around stuntbike- f4i

the f4s can take more "learning abuse" where as gixxers need a more skilled rider for the mere fact that your going to crack your frame, and break alot of subframes and subframe mounting tabs

but if your a skilled rider, you can take it to any bike. 900. 636 750 f4, busa, sv650 it dont matter

so 'Best streetbike or all around I take the 750 or new 600 RR
for stunting best the and I quote doodle13245 "i think for stunting f4i takes the cake"

agreed
( and I currently stunt a 750)
well said.

750 is a MUCH better all around bike, but f4i can take some abuse, and is technically a better stunt bike.

what sux about the 750, is the subframe ears that are welded to the frame are about a 2" in diameter aluminum ear, so scrape enough 12's and you'll need to weld some more on... lol

NOTE: it's not the subframes that suck, it's the aluminum ears on the frame that always break. i don't know how many times i've had to reweld mine on. geeez. lol

hell all the gixxers 00-03 are like that, 600s to 1000s.

the only problem i've had with scraping my bar is when i hit it to hard, i break the ends of the subframe off that bolt to the frame. not the ends that are welded to the frame. braking the frame ... is that common? or is breaking the subframe common?

Same thing here, pretty much sucks. I had a guy weld the **** outa my frame where the sub bolts up. I got some big nasty brackets keepin everything together.

Re: F4i or Gix 750?

i love honda, but she is an evil fvcking lover, Im on my 3rd 929 since 01 and you can bet your *** as soon as yours hit 20k miles something will go. Everyone of my 929's have caused major problems after that magic number. But if your on a gsxr and ride hard as all hell it will **** the bed about twice as fast. But to answer your question id take a the gsxr 750 over a f4i any day, if you gotta bounce you need something more than a geared 98hp bike, id rather have a geared 125 hp bike atleast than you got a chance.

That is making an educated decision. Damn there is a lot each way on this.

I have to stay faithful to the gixxers though.
