Haven't broken them yet but I try to be a gentle as possible when I set it down. I don't drag it too far if I don't have too and I don't do bar tricks on it. I put extened bolts with nuts on the back and loctite to keep them snug too.

i had a srad gixxer and the frame was starting to crack by the carbs. my current gixxer has two crack about an inch from the head tube. i don't have a bar so i can't imagine the subframe cracking from scraping the tail.

3 twisted /cracked subframes but the last one I got flat stock welded to it and that seemed to fix it.
Ram tubes disintegrated a while ago..
Upper fairing stay needs rebending every now and then..
Also snapped one of the frame tabs off (subframe) but had a new piece of Aluminum shaped and fit in place and that is stronger than ever !!
Should actually do the other side as well !!
Original stock motor and original clutch !! Change oil frequently and have maybe done 2 burnouts to date..Just not my thing. Honestly can say that the bike has never hit the rev limiter..
Last season that bike was on 1 wheel more than it was on 2 and no issues to date..
