So this weekend the IBS(international bike show) was here in Minnesota. When I got there I found out that LVX was there. We walk up to the both and some nasty fake titted girl w/ too much make-up and some skinny punk are manning the booth. I thought to my self aloud and said "Pauly must be too good to come here" Well next thing ya know he walks around the corner. Then my brother says loudly, "Wheres that bike with all the SUI stickers" Just as it came out his mouth Pauly's face turns red, you could see the anger and then starts mumbling **** to the skinny punk. I tried takin a pic w/ my phone but Pauly noticed me and started moving around on purpose so I couldn't get a clear pic. Well we decided to move along cuz there wasn't anything even close to entertaining at that booth and we eventually left the show. Later on that night our crew head downtown Minneapolis to a bar and my buddy Clint and I run into the skinny punk and his fat friend who ,to be honest had the voice of a 5 yr old, starts say that Pauly's the best and will dominate anyone even D. My friend Clint is a Darius freak so he wasn't gonna back down from this and they went at it verbally for a lil bit. Well I didn't care much to hear it so I turned and then the fat friend starts saying Pauly's got a new trick that NO ONES ever see or heard of. I say try me. He insists that I won't know but I tell him to explain it. He describes a watch tower where he stands on the headlights. I saw 4 or more ppl doing that at the Stuntlife Stuntfest in July and who knows how many in vids I tell him so that **** ain't new or unseen. To the guys who are doing it, don't get me wrong, it's still cool to see. Then I mentioned KaneOne cuz I thought he was w/ them and they both start talkin **** how Kane is garbage and what not but I know what skillz Kanes got from the vids I've seen on here so I back him up to and then they just walked away like they had their tails between their legs.

 

funny how 100's of people have story's like this, but the die hard's swear he's a decent guy

 

Kane rules!

 

We have seen him in ATL the past two years and never had a bad experience. We even stickered his bike with rainbow stuff while he was doing interviews. he took it like a champ.

i guess everyones experience is different.

 

right right, still have yet to meet him but from what Ive seen in vids and interviews hes a *****... but I hate judging a book by their cover

I havent stunted since ACL tear and can still do some stuff

I tore the ACL when "going too fast" to do an ape hanger and it hyper xtended the leg

What would you do though if some kid comes and starts talking **** to you like he's known you his entire life? What would you say and how would you act? I'd probably have blown you off too.... I bet if you approach him cool he will tend to be cool to you in return....and yeah, Watchtowers aint quite new though.

Also, if he is doing some split hand stand on the headlight then that would probably be new! Like a Captain America x 2...just get it all vertical!

And back on topic.. I agree with the above post. I've never met pauly and from what I have seen of him in videos he looks like a goober. But whatever. I have never met him. And you know if some guy walked up to you spewing all kinds of "this guy is better than you and blah" I'd be a ***** to ya too.

 

i have only met pauly at laguna seca a couple times....but he seems pretty cool.....never had a bad experiance with him....and lets be honest....he is one of the godfathers of the sport wouldnt you say.

 

yea i'll give him that but he needs to change big time, all around. He'll need to change his persona big time not be all serious and then totally step up his game.

i agree with you on the fact that he is one of the founding fathers of this sport. ive never met the guy and dont think i will ever get the chance to but his videos was one of the first video that ive seen, and thats what got me wanting to get a bike to stunt.

you know ive defended that guy so many times its ridiculous, ive rocked LVX harder than any other core credited stunter i know... i dont hate him, still consider him a friend. im just sick of standing up for his sorry ***. im not defending his im holier than thou, capt salesman people are only as good as what they can do for him attitude anymore.

the kids who are smack talkin me? who cares ive never heard of or met em.. yet they know who i am. fine by me. i am who i am, you cant make everyone like ya!


at the end of the day.. pauly knows how much i did for him... thats all that matters..

he would still be driving around valencia CA wondering how people scrape tail without wrecking....

he knows it too...

also.. didnt you get the memo!?, the las vegas extremes (pauly) dont partake in formal stunt competitions anymore.. u figure out why...
