thanks for all the votes guys...and here's how i did it..

call the city attorney and ask if you can ride a little scooter to class from your place off campus because parking is a problem (which it is) and they'll most likely say yes, be polite nice and keep a nice tone...tell them you'll run wherever they want you to...the attorney down here said to ride it like a bicycle and that's what i do, i'm slow, and courteous that's why i don't understand wtf this guys problem is..
