Man I hear you on the shitty neighbors thing. My old neighbors were b!tches man, one time me and my buddy had a moped out and were just buzzing up and down the street doing stoppies on it and stuff, well it wasn't but like 10 mins before they came out screaming and yelling at us to stop or else. It was just a moped too lol. Oh and one time my friend parked his car where it was kind of blocking they're drive and the b!tch next door came out, got in it (he left his keys in it because he and I were getting ready to leave right then) and was actually going to move it!!! Then he yelled at her not to touch his fvckin car and she yelled back for a bit then we just got in and left lol. Those neighbors were shitty to the tenth power dude...

I have 2 neighbors that are cops and 1 whos not. The 1 cop owns 5 quads the other owns 2 and the 1 whos not a cop owns 1 quad. So every1 isa basically cool with it and the 1 cop has bailed me out of trouble a couple times.
