Getting Permission to stunt

My plans are to talk to the owners of Sacramento Raceway and this little strip out by the airport. For those of you who inquired private property to stunn', How did you go about asking?

-Just to stunt and see what they say?
-stunt and will pay money
-insurance issues
-misc

Im getting tired of searching the streets for spots. When something is found Im usually practicing for 2+hours and constantly looking for cars and cops, which gets annoying.

Thanks
Alex

at the local track here, mah buddy told them he would do free shows for them at their events and test and tune nights, and they let us use the track to practice when stuff ain't goin on.

the stunt spot we use daily is in this industrial complex that has alotta different businesses, and noone ever calls the cops or anything cuz we have been goin there so long they assume we have permission from someone else LOL
