Re: New school spreaders..

out of respect i think the new spreaders or hybrids should be called cardwell's, becuz the first person i seen really stretching his legs was chozenone(cardwell) from streetfighterz. also you dont sit further up on the tank and roll bacck , if that was the case i wud have new skool ones, but it has do to with flexablility, and i think its easier to jsut throw ur legs out , old skool , but to stretch as far as you can , trying to force ur legs gigher whiel balancing the wheelie is alot harder i think .

Re: New school spreaders..

It doesn't look like an Iron Cross if your legs are not fully spread. Unless you threw the cross down a flight of stairs or put it in a vise. I still look at it as a tank wheelie. Doing a cowboy just means you can't do it opening your legs.

Imagine going to a show or anywhere for that matter and this goes on....... two of you are riding and decide to wheelie...... you both get on the tank..... when you guys pull up, one guy has legs spread and the other has both legs stuck to the side of the bike.........there are a bunch of people watching......

What do you think those people are going to say about the guy doing the so called "Cowboy Wheelie" while the other guy has his legs extended out? I'll tell you, cuz at a spot I saw it and I was like what the hell is that guy doing. HE LOOKS GAY!! HAHA!!

Start stretching if you want your spreaders, Y's, t's, or whatever you call them to look good.

Re: New school spreaders..

Prom was the only time I got involved in anything that had to do with school my senior year...... I missed 200+ days that year and they still gave me a diploma!!!

I say call the damn wheelie whatever you want. I bet at different competitions that wheelie will be called something different so it doesn't really matter what you call it right now.
