Ok OK,, Who was the guy that did a couple circles for sickest trick at Stuntwars in 2002? No one else was doing them and they gave him like two or three trys. That is the first time I saw them.

Re: Who Did The First Circle ?

People used to rock circles back in the day in the sixties and ****, on crappy ol' dirtbikes. I think circles were probably more common than scraping 12s...Those foreign kids who would travel the country and ride the cage at race tracks, used to rock circles and tandem **** all day.

april 2002 carmichael and jones came to WSRC and rode with us for a week straight...we had the chance to see everything they we're capable of back then

this single event opened our eyes to stoppies over 500ft and the infamous idle up tricks

kyle like the sit down circle and within a month or so after he was bustin 2 fairly consistently and then just stopped

gorka was workin on foot in the baah at the same time

when we went to michigan for their first contest september of '02 brandon seen gorka cuttin circles and put his style on it

brandon was the first EVER to do a circle wheelie on the pegs

any questions?

Rick you are very accurate but you forgot somebody
Jeremey Bergan from East Coast was making 180 sit downs at the WSRC
wich placed him in one of the events.

your question was, "who did the first circle"

I answered it closest to the actuall facts.

if you want i can show you pictures of my stepfather (rip) and his brother from the late sixties to the early eighties on kawi mach's and an original interceptor. they might only have pictures of them going straightlined, but believe me they cut around corners in nieghborhoods and could cirlce too.

that doesn't answer your question, because i'm sure they weren't the first. but they were on japanese sportbikes and they are more American than you.

and a 72 kawi mach IV has a 5 speed tranny and a dry weight of 422 lbs

LB32D2- I was waiting for that
I was thinking the same ****. He just said who was the first. then I post a couple pics and then someone goes and makes a smart @ss comment. Next time the thread starter should explain him/her self a lil better next time. And besides if you think someone on hear or wotin the stunt scene was the first to do any of these stunts your sadly mistaken. Like I said before ppl have been doing this **** way before our time.
