Not sure....I'm still kinda in shock and denial of the whole thing. I dont think I can stay in Virginia though. I'm gonna have to sell the house.
I do know that I gotta go into a money conserving mode though. This next year wont be fun

mellen are u still on the books ...........did u get yer final check yet?
if not and u havent done it already u may still be able to get insurance added to your mortagage...........basically as long as u are employed u can add it......u pay x amount of dollars xtra per moth and if and when u ever are out of work the ins will pay your mortgage payments for up to 6 months........at least they offered it to me when i took out my mortgage.........and tolld me i could add it whenever as long as i was gainfully employed

check on that i dont think it affects yer credit at all..........its and insurance policy not a credit settlement or reorganization.......its the same idea behind car insurance basically...........at least thats the way it was explained to me!
