ive seen people beef up the frames where the hole is in front of the subframe.

also seen beefed up rear sets.

so what else should be reinforced on the 900 rr ?

and what kind of other problems have u guys heard of or had ???

my frame was F@CKD in my last crash dont think that could be helped cras shots & mad bering problems intil I got a hang of oil level.

 

Always have all your motor mount bolts in. I thought it would be OK with the left and right ones out...ended-up breaking my frame in half right at the main weld on the right side of the frame. Also had a few cracks on the left side around the hollow triangular piece.

Now I think I may have F'ed up my engine after a few burnouts . Time for a upgrade .?.

 

the whole bike is garbage....sell it while you don't have much money into it....they are OLD

seriously tho...the double r is more than capable of bein' a great stunter...ask half the people in this forum.

 

I'm selling mine as soon as I have enough cash to make up the difference on a newer one...
