Gsxr 750 Stunters

Aight who's stunting these. I just got mine with like 2 mo. left of last season so I have yet to feel it out all the way. I got 24 up in the rear so its real snappy, maybe even to much. Dont **** all over this thread by telling us that you stunt a 636 or even gix 600s. This is for the 750 gsxr riders.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

I stunt a 2000 GSXR750 and I love it. I also have a 24 up sprocket. Just one word of advise, CHECK YOUR FRAME OFTEN FOR CRACKS, especially up by the steering neck. I was looking my bike over and found 7 cracks in the frame. Just keep up on the maintnace and keep all the bolts and nuts tight, and when the frame cracks, and it will, then just weld it. But I think you will like the 750.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

I blasted the sub off least season I think a major part of that happening was do to loose bolts.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

I have been rockin a 750 from day 1,
Its a good bike, kinda heavy by the new standards, but I like it alot.

Can't say much about the frames though, 2.5 yrs, 5 motors, 2 frames.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

I had an 02. -2 +11 and it always did good for me. never popped a motor (19k stunt miles) never broke the frame but always had a crack on the neck that would break the weld every time I fixed it. good bike...good power. too heavy and fat for me. (636 hehe)

I'm in the same boat as far as having it only at the end of the season.. I got my '00 in October.. I love it so far.. FI cage and bar. +18 in the back and -1 front. Anyone break a motor mount with an FI cage and a 750? Thats my only real fear.

i ride a 636, 750's suck.

if i was a dumbass, i'd stick wit that line, but i couldn't disagree more. buddy of mine, donnie, stunts his 750, and he wouldn't trade it for anything else. he especially likes how BP on the front wheel is. he's the endo king on that bike. personally, i think they're a lil' 2 wide for me, but i'm a skinny dude. they're built 2 take some punishment 2, but as mentioned earlier, the frame ain't made for stuntin. so as far as i'm concerned...i don't ride one, but i'll commend 'em.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

true that...'specially on a 750. 24 up sounds like alot for that gixxer, but i guess it's aight if u didn't go down in front. just sounds way to twitchy to me. -2+10 was to much on my 636...but hey, that's just me...

freestlyle ingenuity cages do that all the time.get a powers cage and you won't have that problem.

01,02,03, gixxers all have those issues..they are heavy, weak frame that cracks every were, and they are alot bigger than most bikes but, mine still gets the job done...oh yeah ,i got honda 600 on the way but i 'am still keeping my gixxer..

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

Hey whats up, I just got my gixxer 750 4 months ago and I love it. Its my first bike and it has had the power I need to learn alot. I have not heard about the frames like that before so you guys are kind of scaring me. My friend is trying to get me to buy a 954, I rode it and I like it but I am going to stick with my 750.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

welcome to the family trixstar. your 750 has more than enough ***** to learn, and it'll hold up for you when you start tryin' slow stuff. keep practising.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

Think about this... Some of you say that the frames break *like myself* but were talkin about a bike that spends 90 percent of the riding time being stomped on. **** is going to break regardless of who the manufacture is, I'm just glad the motor stays inside the frame. As for myself Suzuki makes the best motorcycles out there street or stunt.

Re: Gsxr 750 Stunters

thanks for the invite guys, I would just like some feedback about something. I dont know if I am progressing in this stunt world faster or slower than most, In the 4 months ive been riding (2 months in the rain) I have learned 10 foot indos, crossover wheelies, flamingos, standing on the tank, handstands on the tank, rear sketch, and i can shift in a wheelie please let me know.

everyone learns at there own pace. I think alot of it has to do with who you ride with. The better rider they are and the more tricks they know normally means that you will progress faster. just keep practicing and you will progress. Keep it up.

For only 4 months of riding, I'd say you're slightly ahead of the average. But then again...even the average group is varied as hell.

Sooooo tru, maintenance is key. I've had my 02 for a couple seasons now, had to fix the subframe once and replace the motor once. Still love it, even though my entire team tells me to buy a honda
