what do you all think..... needs some clean up and some paint

good ****, good angle too....but 2" x .250" flat bar is only $1.50+- a foot did you just torch it out of plate? or was some of that angle iron? hehe

would that sprocket even hold a chain??? from the pic.. it doest look like the teeth would grab

clean it up and powder coat it you should be fine.

 

make sure you grind it down to then paint it good job

my boy tom, (r6_on_one) he makes his own sprockets...and their nice..... but unlike everyone else he has access and knows how to run a cnc mill. that lucky focker ..i doubt'd him when he showed me the plans, but he pulled it off, and it's still on his bike today.. but i prefer to just buy mine.
i keep bugging him to let me build a cage for him
