You talk like you are the sh*t and know all 1 thing I wish you luck.
Before I forget its funny how your partners call (stuntwars) for advise on how the should run cyclepalooza.

Sat. We will be starting comp at 10:30, Set up should be completed by 10!!!!! So Stunterz you may want to leave the Riderz Meeting and Pre Party a little earlier now. I will have someone announce when it is like 2 a.m. so you can get to your hotel to get sum sleep. And you can be there as early as 6a.m. YIKESSSSSSSSSSSSSSs, I would hope no one does that to me but I will be there if I have to 4 u all.
*I may have a TOY HAULER AND/OR camper set up for you to come in a cool off, take a load off, etc. Provided by a local RV center.
HOTEL:
I will be letting you all know where your hotels are this week. Expect a phone call from me. Also FRIDAY NIGHT hotel will not be accommodated. So if you are coming in on Friday you will have to pay for Friday night. Sorry, but CP is only paying for Sat. The hotels are cheap though. I believe less than $60 not including tax. I would suggest being there Friday night so you can get up and practice by 8 or so...
CREDIT CARDS:
U will be required to give a CC # for deposit reasons. I hope you all understand that STUNTERZ don't have the best name in the HOTEL/MOTEL industry. So they are requiring a CC. Not a deposit just a # to hold onto incase you know, 50's going down halls, scraping a motorbike down the sidewalks, door falling off
JUST KIDDING but no really they are requiring a CREDIT CARD to hold the rooms even for SAT. CP shouldn't be responsible for wrecking rooms and etc. Hope u all understand.
ADMISSION: $11 for one day
$17 for both
KIDS: $7.50
SET UP:
All TEAMS will get a 10x10 space for a pop up to sell items and a 10x10 PIT AREA, also if you have trailers, no PROBLEM we have space for you to park them so you can easily get to your tools, trailer, etc. TRACK SIDE.
I WOULD SUGGEST GETTING TO THE TRACK TO INSPECT AS EARILY AS POSSIBLE ON SAT. U will want to see what you are performing on. FLAT yes; we will be blowing off the track after every event. Just for sand reason, you know Florida.
U will all have a great time! I checked out the FG yesterday and looks good. And also checked out some of the BIKINI GIRLIES! :YEAH And the stage is close to the track ]
Thanks everyone.

Re: Battle of ALL the stunt riderz
Here are the images, the first one was shot from the far end of the track. The second is on the opposite side standing on the track and the last is the opposite of the first at the far end. We will have both side lined with the 3ft high cement walls, there will be possably a gap between the wall say 2ft at the most. It depends on how may the walls the fairgrounds have. They seem to think they have enough to do what we want, if not they will get more. On the south side there will be a chainlink fence along the entire track, reason is the parking for the fans will be on the other side. Also I mentioned before that the track was 1000 ft long, It has been changed to 920 ft. Reason is the fairgrounds hold the South Florida Fair in january and they have already started setting up some of the rides. Hence all the storage rigs in the pictures. So at the east end of the track there will be a huge rolercoaster which comes into the track 80 ft. They wanted to put 5 coasters with 2 in the middle of our event, We let them keep the one I mentioned and in return they are holding off on the other 2.
Agian if you have any questions PM me or call at 561.628.9184
Thanks,
Steven

Re: Battle of ALL the stunt riderz
Also wanted to add for you guys that are still hesitant about coming. I personally have confirmed...
4 network television stations
3 local news stations
4 Florida based magazines
2 national magazines
4 Event Photographers (1 contracted by me and the others are freelance)
As well as myself and 3 DP's (director of photography, they are being flown in from Hollywierd to help)
Also the crew that produces Gixxie’s Girl Riderz Video and I believe they produced a video for another Stunt competition (forgive me but I can’t remember the name)
To cover the event. One of the networks, one of the magazines and one of the photographers are more interested in covering the Battle of the Stunt Riderz then anything else.
The conversations I have had with these people have been of course about the event itself but also the up and coming aspect of stunt riding and the future of the sport.

There is no admission fee for the teams, and no entry fee for the teams competing. We are doing an amature competition in which there will be an entry fee. The hotel is the Best Western on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Its about a 10 minute ride from the Cyclepalooza Pre Party and Riderz Meeting. And about a 15-20 min ride to the fairgrounds pending traffic. The Hotel is listed on our site. We will be Contacting each team and instructing them as to how we have the payment for the hotel set up. Gixxie was out of town for the holidays and got back last night, I will be speaking with her today about the other questions you asked. I have a copy of the judges, rules, etc in front of me but im not going to post anything untill I know they are facts.
