anyone with 900rr with like 15+ gearing.. i'm thinking of putting a +17 sprocket on mine.. i have +5 now which is ok.. i had +10 on the gix 1k, was plenty good, gonna try the +17 i got with the bike.. can this bike still ride around town at decent speed.. i know highways are out with this gearing, just curious

 

what about 3 up in the back ?how do you think that would work out ?

 

3 up? thats nothing hee, i got +5 already.. +3 wouldnt change much

 

I'm -2 +10 I love it
a few guys I ride with are -2 +20 and they say they wouldn't go back

I say go for it...I may go to +15 on the back for next year

eh do like +5 -2 for start gearing thats nice gearing i'd do that, debating on it myself actually.. or just get a +10.. just get it then practice riding around on it, thats what i did, you just get used to it, and now i'm not used to just +5 rear lol, weird being able to go so fast
