i watched this lad pull up stand up's around 30 plus MPH then drop back on the break and slow them down to like 3 or 4 MPH, like a coster :jerkoff

It was a first for me that day, getttin it that slow... and yeah I was thinkning that when I get real slow stand ups on lock it'll be time for some circle efforts - although I also thought that'd be the time when I get to test my cage out properly!!!! hehehe
