No Plates
iv heard so meany diffrent things bout not havin a plate on.does any one no the truth..regards fines and points...also- does anyone no if you can get done for stuntin on a car park or fined..etc..
should be intresting to see wat people think!!!!!!!!! Re: No Plates
I'm pretty sure having no plate at all is same fine as having a small plate.. £30 and no points, but don't quote me on it...
Stunting anywhere is illegal really unless on private land with owners permisson, and even then you can still get told to stop for noise reasons blah blah.. car park you're liabel for prosecution, most of the time you'd just get told to leave or if the coppers arsey then a 3 pointer for wheelying or maybe just a fine..
Trick is to not get caught
Country lanes are often good, sometimes you'll find a wide, long road in the country perfect for stunting on.. takes police ages to get to as well
and often no houses around = no one to complain
Just takes some time finding decent spots, and also alternate spots, I never go to the same place more than once in 2 weeks (well try not to anyway) as if repeated reports of bike stunting then next time the cops might be waiting....
Trick is to not be predicatble and be in remote as possible places for as little people as possible to complain :D

Re: No Plates
all of the above and a little bit more to knock your plug in, as from 2003 a new law was past to say the police could prosecute you on private land just the same as on a public road if they felt you where causing a danger to yourself or anybody else, making a nuisance or even if they felt like it. I was made aware of this law when i was doing mcn show in skegness from one of the health and safety gurus and later confirmed by non other than terry grant. In respect the police now have the power if they wish to stop stunt shows, drag races, wsb, or possibly even formula one. With this in mind take care. FTP.

The key word here is 'CAUGHT'
just add 'DON'T GET' & ull b fine !!
Another handy biker tip brought to u by izit....constantly striving to break down relations between bikers & the police !!!
