I have 7+1 with my .45. If you can't get the job done with 8 rounds, you better just shoot your self first and get it over with.

why do you say that? Ive held one but never shot it, they have them in stock at the local pawn shop and the guys behind the counter will talk all day about them if you give them the chance.. maybe ive been sold??

After putting one clip through a DE 50cal I was all set. I'm 200 lbs and not out of shape and that thing pushed me a step and a half back, a 2 foot flame out the barrel and if not for the ear protection probably would have blown out my ear drums. The thing is so gigantic and heavy you can't keep steady aim with it either, not to mention the build from desert eagle is junk, they wear out quick, the springs for recoil don't do the job, so you don't get the right action and they jam often. If all of that doesn't bother you, go price out ammo. What's it cost, about $.85 a shot.
