Adam has told me that his method works for him all the time. I refuse to engage the "ritual" but he seems to like it. Here is Adams theory:
1) Spread peanut butter on your scrot
2) Sit on the edge of the chair and let your scrot hang free
3) Call the dog in the room and guide him to the peanut butter
4) Hit enter key
Viola....
