I have 9.5 weeks left in the Marine Corps and I intend to move home to NH, I have a solid resume and I need to find a good job, if anyone knows of any specific job openings, please let me know. I have an active security clearance also which should be very helpful to certain places.

I know....I was just bustin on ya!!! I was looking in the classifieds up here and for some reason I saw that and a act of retard came upon me so I had to post up. Anyways, nothing here at Merrimack St. Volvo, but we might be looking for an Internet Sales person soon. The girl who is doing this job now might be leaving dor an advertisement career somewhere else. And so that may be something to consider. It's a sales position, but with all Internet sales as well. She is the only one doing the internet sales, so every sale was hers. It's almost a guaranteed few sales a week just though emails only. Nope, I didnt... As non serious as this forum is, you all have jobs and friends and live in the place where I need a job, someone knows of something.

 

I don't know if you are looking for a specific type of job, but I know of several retail stores that are looking for help. Ann Taylor (womens clothing) needs a part time (20-30 hrs) stock person, in Salem, NH; and Brookstone (high end retail) needs a part time (20-30 hrs) evening stock person, in Manchester, NH. Of course those are holiday positions and you probably wont be here in time for those.

I believe Brookstone will be looking for a "2nd assistant" manager after holiday. It's an hourly part time position, about 30 hrs a week.

Being in the military, I'm sure you've driven the big trucks, so Atco Towing and TNT Towing in Salem are always hiring.

I guess I should have specified more what I was looking for... I am really looking for something more technical or skilled, I have been in the Marine Corps for nearly 8 years and a career level instructor for over 3 years, so I am far more capable than stocking shelves or whatever... If you know of anything such as physical security (not muscle, but access), network admin, training, etc...
