another note to tap on would be that alot of sex crimes are committed by someone that the victim has either met a few times or known for quite some time, and therefore their guard is down. they wouldnt think to wear it around the person, because they don't feel as if that particular poerson is a threat.

unless they wear it all the time, really no point, but like winga said, there are probably alot of complications with doing that, and who's to say that a woman would even be willing to do that??

i'm sure the inventor's intentions are good, but there are alot of other prevention methods that are simpler and more easily accessible than the "pecker wrecker", like winga said earlier....
