Jump off! Let the bike take the beating. I crash all the time, I just jump off the bike & let it crash & run it out.
prob the the cause of my bike lookiong the way it does - but i dont get hurt (much).

i think what you should do is hold on as long as possible and let the bike drag you around wherever it takes you cause then you will have road rash and look cool. hahahahahahah maybe not who knows get drunk!
