not true..if it touches the street, it needs to be registered, head light, tail light, side mirrors, trust me, i found this out on sunday, was doin a wheelie down the road behind an undercover cop on my buddies fiddy, i tried runnin, even with the 88kit it wasn't good, plus he already came to the house before about the "young men being loud and disorderly in the neighborhood" so he had me,, funniest part was on the 12 bar in huge letters it said "*** lover" ... he didn't think it was funny
