What year did you get, I have a 1991 and a 1983? There are street tires for them. An adjustable tripple tree for bigger bars. Engine wise there are upgrades. Nothing on plastics that I could find.

Re: Upgrades for the Z50...

Bridgestone and one other company ,I think cheng shin, make street tires for our bikes for an 8" rim. The Cheng is still a knobby style. The Bridgestone tire is called a hoop tire and it is a B01 style. It looks like a street tire for a bigger bike. Look in another post on the tech for tires it shows a pic of what it looks like. There is a guy in SA that has them on his bike. The tripple tree setup, i forgot where I saw the upper tree for sale like the ones for an XR50. Silver Surfer has them on his Z50. Also the motors are the same from 1988 on up.
