cuts out when i open the throttle fast
Ok I've got a 72cc lifan with a uni clamp on to a 22mm mikuni to a 22mm intake to a 22mm head and when i open the throttle real fast it cutts out. If i only open it like halfway it doesnt cut out, but anything over that it does.
Heres my settings....
-main jet set at 140
-needle clip was on the second from the bottom, but it put it to the middle and it seems a bit better maybe but i couldnt really tell
-the pilot jet is a 22.5 and adjusting the mixture screw doesnt help
Should i try a smaller pilot like a 20? Or is the 22mm carb just too big for a 72cc? Or is the stock exhaust restricting it too much?
Any thoughts anybody? This is bothering me.

Re: cuts out when i open the throttle fast
my buddy has the takegawa 88cc kit with carb and his main jet is only like a 89 or 92. put a stock carb on that thing with a #62 main jet before you kill that thing
