Right side crankcase cover questions..
Right side crankcase cover questions..
Ok, so I took mine off to paint it up. When I took it off the clutch adjusting bolt, clutch lifter plate, bearing plate, spring and clutch lever all fell out. I was assuming this would all stay in place after taking the nut & washer off to remove the cover. My question is has anything in this area changed since the Z50 models?? I only have the .pdf Z50 manual that Jimbo7 posted for us to download. I am wanting to make sure this will cover putting everything back in place. Any tips/hints/tricks to getting things put back on and working? Kinda freaked me out a little bit not being able to see how it went together as it literaly fell out onto the floor when I pulled the cover off..
Thanks in advance!

Re: Right side crankcase cover questions..
Yea its all stock motor. I was looking through the manual I have and it doesn't give much info for this stuff really other then diagrams that I saw. Can I majorly mess things up? I will sit and read it all tonight and hopefully it will give me what I am looking for I just skimmed so far. Thanks for the info though!
Re: Right side crankcase cover questions..
that thing is pretty simple
its just an adjuster sitting on the basket should be straight foward
if you dont get it ill go look at one real quick and see if i can talk ya through it
but i think youll get it

Thanks man those help more then the manual does hahah. Yea its pretty straight forward I checked it all out last night. Plus I got those files on two brothers this morning. I don't think it should be very difficult. Since I have it this far tore down though I wish I would have thought ahead and got the super oil pump to put in there just cus and some of the heavy duty clutch springs. Oh well the hell with it. Thanks for the info guys!
