my fiddy was running like crap. my 3rd gear was slower than my friends in 2nd. high rpms it was crap. i thought my carb was jacked. i remember b-4 someone talked about the ground. it was loose when the bike vibrated it didnt catch a spark.tightened it up and so far so good. it would sucked to tear apart the carb for no reason. always check the easiest thing first

 

very good point. i cant count how many times i have had this problem.

 

Or the wire conecting the spark plug cap to the ignition. I just ripped mine out of my 125s today, and that may have explained the dieing.
