Swing arms....

Has anyone made their own swing arm??? got pics templet anything to help me out with?? Thanks. Im thinking of making my own and just wanted to get some more info.

wow, hope you're a good welder

I guess I would start by finding an swingarm that fits like from an old XR, XL etc and copy the design, make a pattern/jig etc...check out the guy who is building a hybrid xr/z50:
"Monster 50 Buildup" (sorry don't have the link) looks like he is using an old XR75 swingarm he probably got for next to free, and a shock from another dirtbike...find an old dirtbike junkyard and go wild!

just use an xr70 swing arm
unless you have a jig already set up it will never be straight
