never never never

never buy an after market pipe the stock pipe is the best by far test proven .......

we,ve tried with 88 kits with after market pipes and found out stock is way better, way more torque

and just the other day I was ridden blownsvt 110 monster, he has a protec pipe witch before, I thought was prime the best thing on the market, but he always had a slight gurgll on the crack of the throtle, then we tried the stock pipe fix everything ran great ton's more torque

so all in all never never waste your money on a pipe or modify your stosk pipe keep it just how you bought it

Re: never never never

I guess if all you want is torque then cool. But, i have a guy here that i know runs a 88 kit with a superhead and a BBR pipe, and when he put his stocker back on after an accident squashed the BBR one, he lost a TON of top-end.

He said it was back to changing intake lengths and gearing just to make it back up.

Always have to GIVE a little to GET a little

Re: never never never

back pressure is everything
when you dont make no ponies
tell the dude with the big bore to try the supertrapp ,you can dial them in
are you taking out the insert in the header pipe or leaving it in on the stock pipe? i run a d&d on my stocker(inset removed) but i also run a 70 intake and carb so i dont get no gurgles anywhere, could just be my set up
i dont like my ******* niehbors either so the sound is good too

Re: never never never

For sure, that added back pressure gives you great lowend power. Id much rather have the added torque, then the topend. :YEAH
