107cc that SDG is going to sell?

Anyone have any info on it? It isn't the Extreme one but it is a chinese bike again. $2500 out the door from my local dealer when they get one. It has everything on it that I would do to make my XR a bad *** bike but it will cost me $4000 total to make my Xr what that bike is.

I wish I could see one. My local dealer said he is kicking himself for putting so much money into his race XR when he could have waited and bought one of these. I think I will wait until someone local buys one before I go for it.

To many options now.

But looking at the comparisions it says, SDG 107cc 3 valve (gain 1-1.5 HP) vs. Xtreme 107cc 2 valve, SDG forks are 35-36mm vs. Xtreme has 33mm. Sounds like they are all going to be different like extreams.

Hydraulic front and rear disk brakes. Bike will start in any gear. CRF plastics will work on it.

Parts support is the thing that worries me. After speaking with Tyler at SDG he said they will be supporting the parts for it themselves. Distribution will be through White Bros and Tucker Rocky only. There are only five of these bikes in the country right now and they are in thier shop. Anyone near Santa Ana,Ca that can check one of these bikes out?

I sold a Husqvarna supermoto bike because of crappy parts support. I don't want another bike with the same problem.

I got 71, but I used inches and rounded to hundreths so Id say 72cc. Sounds like somebody is gonna get ripped.

It may only be a 70 but it still will be a good deal for the price.

I got loaded this weekend and forgot all about this. I hate China. I am not going to buy one of these bikes. Unless I see one and it is built good.

Until then,the buildup will continue.

I guess I will give you a review in about 30 days. I am going to put a little money down on one this week. When it gets in, I will check it out and see how it looks.

Here's to hoping it is a great deal for the money.

Can you slap up the formula you are using? I come up with around 72cc also. I am going to call SDG direct later today and see what is the deal with the specs they have listed.

Re: 107cc that SDG is going to sell?

I spoke with SDG a little while ago. The guy said that the specs on the website are incorrect for bore and stroke. He is going to email me the correct #'s.

It is starting to sound like a really good buy.

That is why I didn't pay them in full. Just a few bucks down and I will see what it looks like when it gets in. Someone else will be getting the first one. Once I ride that one I will know more.

They are claiming a top speed of 60 mph or so. I will have to spend a lot of money on getting a CRF to that speed.

Anyways, I will know more in a month or so. No hurry. I will just keep riding my XR in the meantime.

just remeber you can't judge a book by the cover

the out side may look nice and beefy, but its the small things to cause the big probs.

Damn right there. The one thing that bugs me is when I ask SDG who is going to support the bike, they say they are. They will have one container coming on a ship that will just be for parts support right after the bikes come in.

It probably will be to good to be true. Just like everything else.
