front hub assy?
Hey guys just picked up a 03 xr50 and replaced the lower forks with sano's...
took it all apart regreased and placed back together, and installed.
would you happen to know why my front shocks do not move freely anymore?
any one have a pic of the front hub assy for me to double check my work?
Im kinda thinking that there was a washer missing on the brake side of the hub and the forks are getting squished together when I tightened axle nut.?
the front wheels arent overtorked the spin fine will little resistance.
the front end was really sloppy before and of course front lower forks were bent....
can ne one help a newb out?

ok, so after work today i decided to goto my local honda dealer and look up the front hub assy in there microfische....doesnt look like there is a washer on the brake drum side or lhs of the forks.. I went home and loosened up the axle nut and the front lower forks dropped into there normal pos. hmmmm wtf? now Im lookin for a washer to place on the rhs before the spacer tube, find one and install it on the bike, it fixed the problem....and the tire / rim is positioned in the center as well.
cant wait to go ridin!
