I see 12 bars on 50"S in videos all the time but what do you mount it to !!!!!!

 

My SB Freaks bar has seven holes in it. One the exhaust bolt goes through. The other 6, (three per side) have bolts that go through holes I drilled in the subframe and holes in the bar it's self.

 

i was thinking of making a 12 bar that just slides onto the 2 subframe bars and clmaping it down. but you would have to straightin out the bars 1st

 

hay niner does your subframe seem to bend at all??

 

Not that I have noticed. I have slammed that thing a few times as well. Holds up great!

 

can you post a pic on how it is mounted on?? i just made a 12 bar for my fiddy and it seems to be bending a little more than i like to see on my fiddy oh yeah how far back is your bar?

 

I'll try to get some pics up. I have a digital camera, but I don't have photoshop to resize the pictures. The bar goes the length of the subframe. I have the bar in as far as it will go now, in my avitar it is almost all the way out.

Well I bent the frame with the 12 bar like that but I am boxing the frame to soleve the problem. it will look nice, I'll keep ya posted.

 

XR STUNNA man I built a bar just like yours only 1 problem i snaped my frame after about 1 hour of practicing I was able to fix it to where its better than new and scrapes like a ****

 

I fixed mine and it's bad *** now! I'll get some pics tonight. I got my ape hangers down pretty well to.
