I have the 50 stunt regular hand brake and have done the rear brake mod, I still cant ever get the hand brake to lock up the rear wheel. Any ideas on how to adjust it for better grab, right now I just adjust it to right before it grabs but still, the lever is hard to pull and I am very strong (6' 215lbs, 550lbs deadlift), I figure if some of the little guys on here can lock em up I should be able to grab hard enough.

is there nothing you can do to get them to be more powerful?

i read one guy said that he switched out to an ASV unbreakable lever and it made his HB way more effective, anyone noticed that? my footbrake is way more effective then my HB, sometimes i use my footbrake to kinda prime my handbrake, sounds strange but it at least has a placebo effect.

 

upgrade to a clutch lever from a dirtbike and use as ur handbrake lever, the pull is alot easier and stronger

 

I put an asv on mine and it helped a ton. Also make sure that your brake arm isn't hitting the axle when you pull the lever.
