Re: Cheap/good Tires ?
For street tires I just get scooter tires from my dealership. I use duro 90/90-10 tires and they look bada$$ and work pretty good. I also used to use IRC 3.00x10 tires and they worked decent and were super cheap. $24 a pair. To make the tubes last longer put more air in them. I run over 30psi in mine.
Re: Cheap/good Tires ?
+1 on the irc's.Also you can try running rim locks. They are like 10 bucks and easy to install. The prevent the tire from slipping on the rim which in turn causes the valve stem to rip. Here's the first link I found by doing a google search,I'm sure you can find them cheaper by looking harder.Just wanted to give you an idea.Hope it helps,I hated changing tubes all the time. This thing worked for me and I constantly do burn outs!!!

Re: Cheap/good Tires ?
street tires suck on the dirt. They last for a long time on the street thou! I'm not really sure of a dual sport tire?I got some cheap ebay wheels with dirt tires all ready on them, so I just switch my wheels out when we ride dirt.
Re: Cheap/good Tires ?
I always ran the cheap Cheng Shings.. They hooked up better than any expensive tire I ever ran.
Re: Cheap/good Tires ?
street or dirt. you can get a trials type tire called an 80 /20 that is for both surfaces. i use them exsclusively on my 103 set up, i can ride dirt or street never changing the tires.and they werk great in either venue.
check the spokes regularly and keep at least 20 pounds in the tire for street
and and a little more for dirt cause of the jumping.might slow down your flats but if they are reaming them nothing you do will stop it.
