Question Camo the fiddy?

I am gonna camo the fiddy with the light blue and navy camo. What is the easiest way to do this?

I have seen posts about guys buyin' the fabric and doing it to there bikes but what should I use to adhere the fabric to the plastics? I would assume takin' the plastics off is also the best way to do it, so that I can get a tighter fit.

Any suggestions of how to do it, type of adhesive, ect.?

I used 3m spray glue, make sure it gets tacky before you start to cover your peice.

I used that on my streetbike also, 3M rules. Pull the fabric tight also so you don't get any creases.

all of the comments above are correct...just spray it on your plastics and on the back of the fabric and let it get tacky....make shure you cut the fabric bigger then the peice and then trim it up after you get it all on....and paste down one side then stretch the fabric super tight and smooth it on with your hands...makes it look real good

How the hell you gonna do that with all the glue on that thing? You gonna put new plastics on?

BTW- I picked up the blue camo tonite and hope to have it done by the weekend.
I'll post a pic when it's done.

well before i put the camo on i painted it with the duplicolor chameleon kit so it had a flip flop paintjob....so the adhesive stuck to the spray paint...then i took all that off with gasoline...it made the plastics ashy white looking so i got new plastics off ebay and going to do a sticker kit from sik 50's

I've never seen yellow and black in the store but then again, when I picked up this camo it was the first time I ever been in a Fabric store.

Look for Fabric Stores on the internet, then check out what they got on there sites. That's how I found the Blue.

I'll keep my eyes open too.

Now that there is fabric on this thing, how do I wash it, throw the whole bike in the wash machine?

thanks, I'm getting the seat redone. I'm changing the red to black, and the black to gray so it matches.
