some questins on relpacing forks on knockoffs

I have got a 50 knockoff that I can't figure out what it is! Its got a 110 motor,no clutch,4 down trans, disc brake front end, and inverted forks.my problem is that I recentley bent the forks doing stoppies and need to replace them.I do know that most of the honda 50 parts match up to this bike pretty good, but all the fork leg replacements I have found do not have the brake caliper mounting like I need on the right side fork.I am trying to fix this budget by replacing the fork legs, not doing something like a bbr set up right now.any info on who has the fork legs or where i can type the few numbers I have found spread out over the bike to figure out what it is would be very, very helpfull

yeah it might be a bitch to replace those forks because alot of those knock-offs are almost impossible to find parts for. best thing you can do is browse Ebay because alot of people part out knock-off bikes and sell all the seperate parts.

Re: some questins on relpacing forks on knockoffs

your best bet is to just buy a complete set of staggs or pitster forks off ebay your forks are really cheap from the sounds of it inverted forks shouldent bend that easy.or buy a set of bbr sp5s then get a stock honda rim and hub

Check out these ones on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...6532&rd=1&rd=1
These are the ones I have been looking at for my chinese bike as well. The scooterpart.net ones are going to be the same sucky replacement that came with your bike and they are very weak. I have gone through my stock set and a set of the ones that are out of stock. Get a nice upgrade for a little less like I posted here. Post pics when you get them installed.
