12 scrape
Re: 12 scrape
I think the best way, would be to make 1 to 3" gussets and welding them between the frame and subframe.
I don't have a 12bar yet, but once I get one im gonna put 2-4 guessets on my subframe to give it more support.

Re: 12 scrape
well one thing to do is cut the ends off teh rear subframe and push 1/2 diameter solid steel round stock down the inside of the top rails, then weld it up at the end.
Iv'e heard from a few people that had their subframes re-enforced by welding that the heat weakened the subframe causing it to break, one from gusseting the sub frame and the other from welding his bar on. ( the first way i mentioned is the only welding solution that wont effect the strength of the sub at any attachment points that could cause failure)
the 12 bars i make, the 50stunts bars, and the FI bar all follow the the entire subframe for extra support, and won't bend your sub-frame
buy one of the three bars above and you wont have to worry
i have a few sitting around PM if interested
